There are mapping tables for the streams as well, primarily geared towards setting up NSM initial concentrations for stream hot start scenarios. The tables are set up just as in the grid mapping table. The index maps used are stream index maps.

There are five tables in use currently: NSM_N for initial nitrogen concentrations, NSM_P for initial phosphorous concentrations, NSM_OTH for initial algae and BOD concentrations, NSM_C for initial carbon concentrations, and DISPERSION for the dispersion values along the stream.
